About 220,000 Syrian refugees face their second winter in Lebanon, and more keep coming, flooding this same country and the neighboring one too. Crucial assistance lags behind ever increasing needs. A recent MSF survey reveals that too many Syrian refugees in Lebanon are just not receiving adequate international aid.
